How Long Does It Take?

Depending on the complexity of your custom design, the process can take anywhere from 3-10 weeks. Simpler resetting projects are turned around relatively quickly, whereas more complex pieces that require custom cut, or specially sourced gemstones can take upwards of 10 weeks. We highly recommend starting the custom design process at least 3 months before you need your piece to account for sourcing, shipping and production. 

How Much Will It Cost?

The cost depends greatly on the scope of your project. Pricing a custom piece is a very involved process that requires us to estimate metal weights, gemstone weights, labor costs, shipping, duty, and more. We make every effort to respect and accommodate all clients, no matter their budget. 

  • Do You Work With Out Of State or International Clients? 

    We work with clients from all over the world, and have shipped our custom pieces across the US, and as far as London and Dubai. Please note that international orders will be subject to duty and shipping costs.

    We would be honored to breathe new life into your heirloom gemstones. Whether you are repurposing a treasured family heirloom, or tiny stones from a piece of jewelry that no longer suits your style, we will treat your gems with the care and respect they deserve.

Can You Work With My Gold/Platinum? 

Using old jewelry to make new jewelry without refining it first can lead to contamination that may cause structural and cosmetic issues with your piece of jewelry. It is much more time and cost effective to start with fresh gold, and this has the added benefit of allowing you to choose whatever metal you want for your new piece. We will apply your old metal and jewelry as credit toward the purchase of your new piece.

Do You Offer A Warranty?

All Lilit jewelry includes a warranty against workmanship defects. Additionally we include a free warranty through Preferred Jewelers International on all engagement ring purchases. Our warranty does not cover the loss of center stones, accidental damage, wear and tear, or abuse. We highly recommend insuring your jewelry.
