Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy on ready-to-ship, which means you have 14 days after receiving your ready-to-ship item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We may ask for your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at kellie@lilitfine.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Made-to-order pieces, custom orders, special orders, and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. Body jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange. Ready-to-ship rings that have been sized are not eligible for return or exchange. Our stock size is 6.5, so any ready-to-ship ring that has been purchased in a size other than 6.5 has been sized and is ineligible for a return. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note: it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
