All Lilit Fine Jewelry engagement rings include a complimentary warranty through Preferred Jewelers International. Cleaning and inspections are free for life, and all pieces are guaranteed against workmanship defects.

What does my warranty cover?

Your Preferred Jewelers International warranty covers:

  • Resizing
  • Minor retipping of prongs
  • Tightening of diamonds and gems
  • Inspections and cleaning
  • Replacement of round diamonds under 0.20 CT

  • Free Lifetime Maintenance

    To keep your warranty active and ensure your jewelry stays in top condition, we invite you to visit your Preferred Jeweler every 6 months for a complimentary cleaning and inspection. This allows us to address any minor issues early, helping to keep your jewelry looking as beautiful as the day you got it.

  • What Happens If I Move Away?

    The Preferred Jeweler's Network is a national program, so no matter where in the country you live, there is a jeweler nearby to help! If you plan to relocate, please contact us for assistance in locating a Preferred jeweler near you, or shipping an item to us for service.

What if I miss an inspection?

We get it. Life happens, and sometimes things get in the way of our regular jewelry inspections. As long as your jewelry is still in excellent condition, we can reinstate your warranty. In the event that your jewelry does need some TLC, there will be a charge to perform the repairs, but once your piece is back to like-new condition, we will reinstate your warranty and get you back on your 6-month inspection schedule. No big deal!

Do You Offer The Preferred Warranty on Items Besides Engagement Rings? 

We sure do! The Preferred Warranty is available by request for all Lilit Fine Jewelry pieces.

What if I lose my center stone?

One of the reasons we require 6-month inspections is so that we can catch any issues before your stone falls out. That said, we highly recommend taking out an insurance policy on all fine jewelry pieces. We are happy to provide you with an insurance appraisal absolutely free on any Lilit Fine Jewelry piece - just ask! Insurance generally covers loss, theft, extensive damage, lost center stones, and more. Between the Preferred Warranty and your insurance policy, your jewelry will always be well protected.
